UPDATES & CORRECTIONS (15th December 2009)

This database Puratham(googlepages) is automatically migrated to Google sites by Google. As already said, some of the pages may not load properly. Hence, users are requested to use this FTP download page.

UPDATES & CORRECTIONS (4th January 2010)

OBSOLETE PROTEINS

Some proteins are found to be obsolete (no longer in general use (Or) by replacing with something newer or better ).

Periodically obsolete proteins were deleted from EXPASY database. Obsolete proteins found in Expasy database was crosschecked with (Puratham) database and some proteins are found to be obsolete. Hence, users are requested to be aware about those obsolete proteins and requested not to use those proteins for their future research activities. Kindly visit this webpage for more periodical updates.

UPDATES & CORRECTIONS (5th January 2010)

The Protein sequence Q6KER0 was found to be Peptide. Hence, this particular protein (Q6KER0) and its 3Dstructures were predicted by MUSTER from ZHANG LAB (http://zhang.bioinformatics.ku.edu/MUSTER/).

The predicted results were highlighted below.

UPDATES & CORRECTIONS (6th January 2010)

Creation of standard webpage for all predicted proteins of Y chromosome of Humans. Structural details are available in Human Y Chromosome Proteins (Subpages).
